This picture shows production facilities of Guide Rail, a principal product of our company. The facilities are entirely automatized in a mechanical way and in an electrical way. Also, to eliminate noises possible made by the facilities, the facilities are equipped with a Urethane Foaming Machine, which can maximize the removal of noises. The process is a process not only of removing a burr at an end part to prevent a horizontal difference of connection sections between guide rails from occurring, but also of performing an inspection of products after the removal operation. This machine consists of a saw cut-off machine and a mold cut-off machine. Thus depending on products, one of the two can be selected and used. Roll Forming Machine is a wide material-forming machine and is also a production equipment used to manufacture a product less 1.2t thick. Hole punching machine is a multi-purposely used equipment. This machine is suitable not for punching uniformly but for processing products with irregular distances between holes. Combination Roll Forming Machine is a designed production plant to be able to produce a particular item anytime which needs to be continuously manufactured by installing two Roll Forming Machine lines. This production equipment consisting of two roll forming machines is called Combination Roll Forming Machine. Roll Forming Machine is a wide material-forming machine and is also a production equipment used to manufacture a product up to 3.0t thick. Hole Punching Machine is a material-punching equipment. It is used to hole-punch a product at a regular distance before a forming operation. Also Hole Punching Machine equipped with Leveller and Roll Feeder can be used for punching a product which needs a high level of precision.
